I am the Mazz,
The storm in your sky,
The thunder you fled,
The fire you deny.

But now I see
It’s sharp, it’s real.
The truth cuts deep,
But helps me heal.

I wore my pride
Like iron skin,
But love exposed
The cracks within.

And when I fall,
I won’t pretend.
I'll take the "L,"
Let ego end.

So tear me down
Brick by bone,
Build me new
From heart, not stone.

I’ll walk the path
You point me to,
A man remade
All love, no rue.

So show me grace,
Don’t turn away.
This heart still beats
And begs to stay
