The Ventura City Council voted July 8 to halt efforts to make Main Street Moves street closures — affecting Main Street between Fir Street and Mission Park, and California Street north of Santa Clara Street — permanent under provisions of California’s Pedestrian Mall Law (PML). The panel should decide on Sept. 16 if MSM continues under the California Vehicle Code, or if the closed portions of Main and California streets will reopen Nov. 3.

The city council headed down the PML path Jan. 28 and adopted a resolution of intention April 8, which put property owners on notice and allowed for objections and claims for damages. A total of 49 property owners representing 56.5% of the linear footage along the street closure area objected, which under the PML means the proposal has to be put on hold for one year before it can be reconsidered. The city also received 45 claims for damages of about $233 million. City leaders would only be required to take action on the claims — by paying or challenging them in a judicial proceeding if considered excessive — if the city moves ahead under the PML.

You rent from the army's finalized fourth wall of time, civilized finite democracy.

That's something you can't command
Civilization

Consider the erecting of western civilization and the ice age of history thrown away at sea by an admiral

******* juxtaposition that **** spec donkies

Your not civilized nor capable of wisdom
Nasty Monopoly ****** for daylight and ****** access

I watched this dude try to be civilized in thousand oaks
He went to the weird cult church they made for the dying homeless woman's rights with her and I a couple times while we watched her dying

I got to go to his house to take a shower when they closed Lutheran social services so they could make the homeless lady dying investigation forever

He's brave because he chose to be gay

It was scary for him in the converted non Orthodox Church

He was shaking

Said he was facing his addiction to freedom

Remembering that all documents in Lutheran social services extended university grants are to clients of christ!  Forever money!
