Gravity
It’s this immensity
That drops on me
I’m about to lose my identity
It weighs on me too heavily
I could’ve lost it all
Anything but you
With this weight I fall
To the lowest low
You brought a smile to my face
A little savor to my life
It’s like I’ve been hit with a mace
My light was taking by a scythe
The distance brought us closer
The very same distance broke us
I think for myself no longer
And I know it ended without a fuss
I yearn for you
I think of you
I crave for you
I do love you
And now it’s over
I don’t know what to do
Emptiness my heart has fostered
Longing harvested
I feel lonely
Alone
Not abandoned
Just left alone
You are my partner
I mean “were”
A lifelong I envisioned
Maybe I let myself go
I dunno
