got to save up to earn a slower death
a more palatable   and rewarding one
medically attended
               cribbed comfy
'won't you cheer me on to the afterlife ?'

'won't you cheer me on to the afterlife ?'

                                        rattle breath and plop
'here's to the afterlife'
.
