'turned out nice again'
a catchphrase back in the days when catchphrases made you laugh.

George Formby
he with the ukelele
or to be more accurate
the banjolele
was a daily tonic
and much better for you
than going back to the quack
to pay your five shillings
for some useless pills.

I'm guessing he's still leaning on a lamppost
somewhere
outside a Chinese Laundry
chatting with Mr Wu.
