Bend
I see you, love, in passing light,
A mirror image kept in the night.
Our glances dance, but never stay
Keeping your world a breath away.
You canβt be different; you're too near,
A mirror soul that draws me here.
Two stars adrift, but you're the sun
Making the shadows come undone.
We walk like lines that never bend,
Strangers still, but not the end.
If we could break the veil unseen,
Imagine how divine weβd be.
