Looking at you in the morning is breach of paradise
Like God is smiling at me from your bedside.
I wish I could live in your smile,
And travel the seas in your eyes for a while.

I’ve been to heaven in the warmth of your arms,
Where angels cried, surrendered to your charms.
I bargained with gods for a moment with you,
Trading my soul just to see it come true.

I crossed endless lands with no measure or chart,
And offered up pieces that tore me apart.
For you, I gave what would make lesser men fall,
And found in your love that I'd conquered it all.
