The music is serene,
The night is young.
Pretty smiles all around,
I am meant to be spell bound.
Some move with grace,
Others doing cardio just to match the pace.
My eyes bewitched by some,
Still with me ,stands noone.
The music begins to fade,
Some have a new friend.
Only for intimacy at the end ,
Still bewitched, stands my gaze.
As I drink my last cup,
She passes me by.
Her eyes wanting me to try,
Words stop at the end of my tongue,
I lower my gaze,
Finish my cup,
the night is still young.
As I walk out,
The spell begins to fade.
I look out at the streets,
Life shows its different shades.
The streets filled with poverty and disgrace,
Some sell their bodies,
With a smile at the helm,
hiding the pain.
I walk past them in to the woods,
The moonlight shines,
As bright as it could.
My home awaits it's master,
As I enter the door,
Silence follows thereafter.
I climb onΒ Β the bed slowly,
A kiss on the forehead.
It brings me peace,
She is sound asleep.
As I enter the realm of dreams,
The music rises slowly,
I offer her a drink, a dance and a bed.
For it is a Saturday,
And the night forever young.
The world through my eyes...
