It’s not too bad
When the freezer doesn’t freeze
The refrigerator doesn’t refrigerate

When the linen smock
Falls off the line windy into
That fresh mud which sits below

It’s not too bad
When I miss the last bus
That takes me back
To whatever I was at that time

Because I know that
There will always be the next one eventually.
I’ll just remember that
It’s not too bad
