A stranger forever

Flow and fly. Fall and rise.
The ether bleeds into the deep.
The tidal waves extends for ever.

Raging light. Pouring night.
A dot of void in between, that's me:
Beyond the horizon, a stranger forever.

The sea of loss that roars in my veins
To the rhythm of the pounding waves
Beneath, creates a strong pull of gravity,
Caging the being in an invisible cavity.

Just one thread forbidding me to descend.
One sway, one slip, my story embraces its end.
Buried in this hole, this abyss of eternity.
No chance of parole, no pity from divinity.

No rocks of basalt, no smell of salt.
Ripped from experience in the Umbra of existence.
For those beyond the shadow, a stranger forever.

Even storms cease. No sirens' singing.
The exile drifts away, isolating the world.
Everywhere and nowhere, a stranger forever.
