SHADOW PRINCE POETRY

My wish is not to hurt those who have harmed me

But to be relinquished and spared

from the mere agony and pain I once endured,

when I hid myself from a world

I did not wish to be seen by.

A light once glistened in my eyes

but faded rather quickly because of her.

Now the reason of comfort I seek lay within the shadows,

the darkness shall be my home for all eternity.
