I poke and **** with an easy smile
Hoping your skin will fall away into harpoon cells and break my fingers like keys on a piano
I let you go
While you whisper into the willows of her I cry tears will scream at no one
But nothing is ever heard
You taught me flying was only for the birds
So I set you free
I loved freedom and I loved you
