Waking up
I can feel it
in my bones.
Is this my home?
Twist the pops
out of my spine.
God, that feels divine.
Do your best,
take it slow.
Make a call on your phone.
Do not stop,
keep it aligned.
A beer helps me unwind.
A smell, a vibe,
the fear of being alone.
Do you want to be my home?
Weaver of tales,
fiddler of twine.
Author of all my time.
