It's that latent complacency
the wait and see could
that be me minus the anxiety
that I have to overcome.

If the sun doesn't shine now
I know that one day it will.

We're all fighting a demon
all thinking we're a He-Man
and most of the time the truth of it
is somewhere in between the lines
and so we submerge into them
or
emerge out of them as better men.
