I don't need to consider
this moonless night

to realize a tomorrow
of cake donuts

with pink frost
and sprinkles

there's a storm coming
it will be here later this morning

if there's pain then pleasure
is right around the corner

or under a burned out
streetlamp

just keep looking
you'll find it
