Dorothy's Stillness
sometimes you wake to it--
when supreme stillness can
feel like the moment Dorothy's
house touched down.
after being ****** up into a
cyclonic dreamscape of menacing
sound given to music and
discordant image.
that moment when her bed hits
the ground and her pigtails flop--
where she rises and opens the
bedroom door to full color.
