You keep trying to fix the broken link.
You think it will put everything back together.
But its broken for a reason.
Its time to discard the broken part.
Of course, do it carefully, with tender heart.
But there’s no reason to keep it.
It no longer serves a function.
It’s destructive to your perception.
You don’t need the ends to meet
to be complete.
