Closet Space
I contemplate
In the obscure
My thoughts create
A state unsure
Don’t think abstract
This world insane
I just react
To life mundane
Play my part
This life an act
Nowhere to start
My fiction fact
I live my days
Within my head
Confront the maze
I think instead
I think of thoughts
My thoughts I think
Corrodes and rots
They drown and sink
I think and think
I get nowhere
I drink and drink
Don’t even care
Lost in my mind
Within my brain
I cannot find
I can’t refrain
Can’t put to end
Can’t find my way
I can’t pretend
That it’s okay
Why can’t you change?
Why can’t you see?
Please arrange
Your thoughts like me
In disarray
And always growing
A lot to say
And yet not knowing
What I mean
And how I feel
To just come clean
To just be real.
