Yes, I admit
I do not know
but the truth is
I never wanted to know-

my mind might say
go
but my heart
would say no-

let me just be
a little flower to grow
at the right season
I'll know when to blow-

life is but a-drifting
be it sunshine or snow
the ripening comes when it must
what's the need to know?
