Looked at me in confusion

I raised my hand
Waved it at you
A smile, is where it began
You weren’t being rude
You just didn’t respond
You didn’t understand me
Because silence is all you know
Even if you can’t communicate in the same way
A smile, a nod, a wave, is just ok
