Little Catastrophe
an intimation
of your loss
left its girth.
stunned eyes
closed to
repetitions of
light.
then a growing
sickness in the
stomach.
the unmistakable
pull of something
needed for survival.
*Catastrophe means: to overturn, in Greek...(the dance floor that doesn't exist).
