Jungle of The Mango Tress
red fruit bats
with
their
six-foot wingspan
migrate to central Africa
to
mate
then
gorge themselves
on
sweet succulent mangoes
where
fruit bats
hang upside down
bending the branches
breaking the leaves
in
the
jungle islands of
the
mango trees
