gonna  build a cabin in the mountain side
a place for me and you somewhere we can hide
with a big log fire to keep us warm at night
so we can cuddle close. in the firelight.

a lovely little home as peaceful as can be
that i built for us. just for you and me
pine trees standing tall scattered all around
with the mountain dew covering the ground.

the mountains all around beneath the sky so blue
from the window in the cabin its such a lovely view
our little mountain home.  built for just us two
so i can stay with you for my whole life through.

a place that we can share for eternity
in the mountain side with its land so free
sharing love togther with a love so true
together and for ever i will be with you.
