Greed believes even more deprivation
One's inevitable greed has no limitation
Have we learned nothing from the first lesson?
In our heart, we fell from the garden of Eden

Pride Inside comes In between
When we feel needy, and when we win
Not in vain and never seen
Is that what you believe?

Lust, a flame of passion
Burning us to misbehave
Guess what? I bet you've craved
Another reason to wage away

The need to store more inside
the sense of getting fat is neigh
Gluttony is what we swallow
and all the rest that follow

The sense of war was never near
not until jealousy would appear
now Envy haunts every success
of a man you wished was you at best

When others do, there is action
but when others don't, there is retraction
when you lose the sense of getting up
There is Sloth, the sin that stops not stopping

Those are 6 of 7 sins, all reason to start war
But this sin brings what others call merciless, to a bar
Wrath, A fire burning within the passion to hurt
only fades when everything is burned
This was a poem for a contest called "Why War is  Inevitable"
