You have no guards for protection.
You do have me.
And that's enough alone.

You have no internary to follow for protocol.
To attend ceremonial events.
You a royal subject.
You're my queen.

And the crown you have that worth so much.
Doesn't sit upon your head.
You do wear upon your hand.
And that's your ring.
One that holds so much between us.

You might not sit upon a throne.
But our home is our castle.
And in this house you're in control.
You my queen.

And this is the way it should be.
