I said I am through
This is so painful for me to say
I am sorry for doing this
All the missed calls and texts
I saw your attitude and it shocked me.
You said that I had changed, I said you didn’t know me.
We would yell in our conversations, but no one would win.
You was acting suspicious, and you were not that same person I met.
I thought that you were not where you said you would be
I worried you would get more comfort in the arms of someone else
As a form of revenge
But it was not me
I thought that I was going insane
I blamed you
Because I could not look at the person in the mirror.
The truth has escaped this situation
You know what you did
What is this paper
A separation agreement.
This is a reversible poem.
Read from top to bottom: A man who cheated.
Read from bottom to top: The woman who was cheated on.
