Winter Lips
a smile smiled
that split
winter lips.
dead quiet alive--
a mind drifted
by, emptier than
a full stomach.
ghost at its hungriness--
crooked moonbeams
frozen in falling
water.
an icicle hanging
on air.
driven to sunbeams--
melting every
which way.
