Words they live forever
etched into vellum as if stone.
Letters that sprout feet
with dots of I’s heads.

Pens walk graceful along
so mind explodes with jargon.
Whirling, swirling with pointed focus
to land on dance floor white.

Words live forever,
making a home in a nest of visions.
Visions born in a writers mind
that grows the more one reads.
I was inspired by a question on Facebook that asked ..... Words do they last forever?
