It's Winter again.
There's a chill in the air.
Darkness comes earlier.
And trees are once again naked
ready to be coated with a twinkling glow like stars.

It's winter again.
Heavy coats are taken out of storage.
  Boots line closet floor.
And gloves with matching scarves are kept in close reach.

It's winter again.
Snow tires are aligned.
Cough medicine is stocked
in medicine chest.
And Christmas carols
are echoing in the air.

Its Winter again
Holiday cheer opens hearts.
Stores are crowded with shoppers.
And it's time to make New Year plans.

Maybe to somewhere warm.
