With golden threads
stitches in heart are sewn,
looping lights of love
with breath.

Stitches expand
to balance for peace
as pulsating
sounds
reverberated from vortex of heart.

Blood moves gracefully
with undertow of breath
like a delicate river
reaches ***** to cleanse.

Peering inside I see a tapestry
of flowing cells adorned
with memories and purpose.

Everyday I add to life's textile
having inner truth be my needle.

The heart, a place I plan to stay
for a seamstress
