I’m self-employed and I’m not a fan of my boss.
My employee seems to always be at a loss.
When it comes time to pay he wants a check.
But as for me all I want is his honest respect.
He wants to work overtime but there’s no extra pay.
But I as a boss has to come in every single day.
My employee wishes I was not always over his shoulder.
I remember when he wanted one day to be a soldier.
Sick days is on my employee, but I cant afford it.
Because we have to think of what’s more important.

Because when I’m self-employed the boss is never wrong.
