Who Has You
What are you holding onto
That you feel brings joy in life
That gives you satisfaction
That won't fall apart in time
That hasn't started out brand new
Soon enough to be old
Where you'll seek that something different
To replace what you now hold
Why not draw your attention
To the creator of it all
Of the joy you think you're holding
To what's deep within your heart
The one that never will decay
Like this world that's bathed in sin
The Alpha and Omega
The beginning with no end
Because everything including man
Either falls apart or rusts
Back to the ground from which it came
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust
So I ask you what you're clinging to
That you feel brings joy in life
That gives you satisfaction
That won't fall apart in time
