May 2017
I was wrapped up in your hazel eyes,
Captivated by your smile,
And the pace of my quickening heartbeat,
Just increased with every mile.

And every time you touched my skin,
I felt your fingers melt right through,
Leading me to rightfully believe,
That the burn holes were left by you.
