I drove my vehicle of a body
up the mountain top,
fueled by the blood of
my beating heart.

Turning in breath, I grabbed hold
of footsteps releasing fears.
Singing with birds, I felt one
with everything as clouds parted.

Sitting in meditative stance,
answers floated within.
Jumping over life's huddles,
my inner power was found.

When I reached top, I opened
eyes wide feeling the suns rays,
became grateful for all experiences.
and felt free inside my dreams.
