The struggle of not being with you,
like the Earth needs the Sun.
Embraces the warmth after a night of aloofness...
But you're gone.

The struggle of not being with you,
like a tattoo inked on my skin.
Accepts hurting to see its beauty...
But you're gone.

The struggle of not being with you,
haunted me over the years.
Years of bliss and harmony...
But you're gone.

Gone the years of harmony,
your beauty wounded and marred me.
The warmth never embraced me and aloofness clinched me.
And now you're gone...
Being with you is the struggle.
