In the night glow
The nightingale sang in joy.
Even the winds of the south
Sent fragrances from the Orient.
And the dew splilt from heaven
Glowed in bright moonbeams
From a joyful moon
Because
The beautiful lady
with eyes like
diamonds of blue
Had found her
true lovers kiss.
