Sand in the hand
By
Jude kyrie

I learned as a young boy
that when I held a handful
of dry sand on the beach.
The harder I held it.
The quicker It slipped
from my grip.

I think that’s
the reason my love
that I always
hold your hand so softly
and will never ever
grip tightly
