Perhaps I will
Always be alone

And when
Our society collapses

I will be doing pushups
Against the same tree trunk

Maybe eating a pear

Companionship
Would have been nice

I suppose on that
Final earth day
I will just sit on a yoga mat

Looking at the birds
Human life is beautiful
But lonely
