In church, we hear the amen.
We the  best pretenders of pretense.
We agree to the message.
Nod our heads to the sermons

Then slowly regress back to our old self.

In church, we sin within.
Men notice the ladies with short dresses.
While trying to pretend slightly they not looking.

Even with a self promoted dress code.
Many know more than what they should know?
Cause many even debate the code.
Where one's invited to save their soul?

In church, we notice envy and jealousy.
Just by looking.
Or simply by noticing.

Even if the minister preach Fruit of the Spirit.
We aware many of us operates on human nature.
Even in church.
During services or during choir rehearsal.

So much going on in church and after.
When the parking lot is empty soon after service.
