~time~
when i was naive and young
held me in its innocence
as it held me in its hand

~time~
defined my teenage days
promises that were made
as time gave itself away

~time~
in the middle age
the clock it had a face
that frowned with the time at waste

~time~
says old is where i'm at
making its demands
jerks me by the hand

~time~
gives it all away
then comes back to take
time for is own sake

it's ok
You're in my brain
You're in my skin
You're in my blood
You're in my veins
You're in my writing,
And everything is for you.
The words that cloud your judgement
Invisible
Freak
Fat

Those words are needed to be ignored
Turned away
Those words will try to break you down
You gotta get back up
To where it will make you Stronger
Wiser
*Bolder
You can be misunderstood and hurt in many ways but never ever give up

The pub is packed tonight
with many familiar faces,
cookies for breakfast
The sugarrush is taking me places.

I'm jumping up and down
diet ruined and I'm not sorry
after the pub we all meet up
for afters at the quarry.

Ladies and men, loads of drink,
getting it on, you know the score,
voices now still and grumpy
They won't speak to me anymore.

A hobbit hops along a road
Stops takes a **** on a snail,
I won't say what we got up to
but one day I'll tell the tale.

Meanwhile  I'm off to Lily's for a coffee
and a bite to eat.
An amanita grew by the rock
pretty and proud and neat.

No one liked it, it got sad
it started talking to itself,
we gave it lots of tequila then
put it upon the shelf
Random fun with the all around good guy and an awesome friend Gary Liles
We went to museums,
Curated our own desires,
Provided our own insights
To brush strokes
And pencil thin lines
While the world around
Tried to decide
What colors matched our style.
I was alone
I had no one
I thought I was alone
Until she huge me told me I am here
She said I know what you go through your not alone
She said I am your friend
She picked me up when I was down
She was the light that guide me through the dark
She stood up for me when I couldn't
She took care of me when I was sick
She stopped me from killing myself
She hugged me until I knew what love meant
She told me "this is what Friendship is
It can be he/she it goes both ways
Days turn pages
Sinking in the night
Abysmal aromas
Wrinkling skin so light.

Crocheting another blanket
Whimsical notes astir
Falling on the carpet
Bits and pieces of her.

A feudal interruption
White noise begins to blur
Reflections being casted
A comforting allure.

Sons decaying in the sky
Poinsettias set on tomb
Empty syringe on the grass
Dead fetus in the womb.
