Human
What an interesting concept
An animal
Calls itself human
And feels higher

Imposes laws
Imposes duties
Imposes power

Yet it is an animal
What a wonderful lie

In the ether, touch,
In the colours, scent,
In the shadows, light

And the unmoved thinks
As the landscape, sinks
An older world flies

The alentours scream
So many outlines
Under the covers, resonate

Another cloud fell
And so many days
Under its cover, resonate

I am

Waiting

In earnest

To see what comes next



I am

Entrenched

Almost rigid

As the urge rises


I am

Uncertain

Desperately seeking

Yet, I see no end to where I am



I am

Luckily lucky

Forevermore grateful

Her body’s poetry keeps me grounded

Yet,

Stronger

Slowly smiles

You think I could be the one

Imperfectly perfect

Yet,

bright and warm like the sun in the sky
In your eyes

Joyful

Sunlight beaming

You beautifully brighten up my day

Quietly reflects

On our special moment

From time to time

Refreshed

Eagerly awaits

To move forward once more you asked

Exactly

Who and where

I am supposed to be

A bond that cannot chip away nor be described
In simple words

Is poetry dead
took its last breath
eating up all it's words
I'm feeling so hurt
poetry is dead
we mourned for days
sounds of sobs heard around the world

we slept in silence
lights on
