Sunshine runs just for the evening
to give you a cheerful morning,
To give you the beautiful moon
The sun is burning everything!

Darling, do you feel that anymore?
My sun still knocks on your door
Your moon gives me so much love
and the ocean still waves on my shore!

Your happy feet dance on saltwater
makes me feel smile and pleasure
I can see your shyness in my eyes,
It's not just a dream, you're my future!

No, I'm not a liar neither a cheater
I'm looking for a good life partner,
And I found my love poetry in you,
but I cannot say, I love you forever!
Thanks ❤️

I had a crush on your kind heart
before I met you,
When I gaze into your happy smile
I think I have a crush just on you!
Because you're one in a million!

Believe me, your first smile at me
suddenly that clicked on my heart
I had slowed down my eyes again
and started to get closer to you!
Because you're only one in a million!

I can feel your heart and your words
You never feel the loss and alone
You're sweet like the morning birds
The day will come, nothing has gone wrong!
Because you're one in a million, just one!
Thanks for your smile 🙏

The first thing we moved in, west coast
Or Mississippi, was speakers,
Then the amp and turntable.
That way we had music
As we pushed in the couch and chairs,
The kitchen table and sometimes
A television.  Magical
Evenings filled with despair followed,
Like cold on rain, and we shivered
As the inexperienced do.
I remember the train station
Floor in Monterey, Mexico,
My apologies
Among the vendors with their carts,
And good advice I got that night.
You like that watch?  Put it in your
Pocket.  But we were only young and dumb
Enough to leave home with traveler's
Checks and a taste for tequila,
Not like the families waiting now
For how long it takes the sheriff
To show up after the notice.

The poetry isn’t in all these words —
It’s in knowing I survived them.
Holy smokes! Thank you everyone for all of the support! I don’t come here too often so I did not expect this; what a beautiful surprise ♥️
If I  could do some other thing,
I'd take it up, unhesitant,
Give up this self defeating game
Of rugged words that finish slant,
Rip off the face of wind and sun,
Renounce expectant casuistry,
As if we'd really just begun--
No sacrificial history.
Whose will can ever be defined?
Forsaking words for altered skin,
Stretched tight enough to bend the lines,
Where like a thief the blues come in.
Such thinking born of hollow bones,
Whose yard collects a set of stones.
I went to the bank
It was misty and raining
I arrived
needing some money
I had forgotten my pin number
probably stemming from the lockdown
Eventually I got it right
took my money
and went home
singing
Perpetual Evening.

Car door.
Street light.
Your Lips.
Never felt better.

oooh, wait....uh never mind.
In the end everyone dies
and so the Gods envy us.
They envy us cause we're mortal
because any moment could be our last and
everything is more beautiful because we're doomed.
This doom is our freedom.
This doom is what Gods seek.
