Lost in her eyes
After saying hi
Her warming smile
Drives others wild

Thick framed glasses
Always had an excuse
The days of being used
Are over but just begun

Tender loving hugs
Full of emotions
Hard to let go

a dream--
a nightmare:
a trip by the campfire
a castle by the bridge.

a scream
a cry
a fleetle of flies.
& mayhaps a mellow
of peace belies.

if nightmares,
if dreams,
could thus divine--
if could remove i
a snake from my eye--

i still believe.
i still cannot lie.

It's that timeĀ
Where I was brought here
Without a say
And year after year
I'm guilted to stay
People feel obligated
To celebrate my day
But the other 364
Want me to fade away
So I beg of you please
If I get one wish
Please
Just leave me astray

just one smile a day
can help another to smile
and it cost nothing
:)
It was only a year ago
When we sat down by the tennis courts
Watching the fireworks.

You put your hand over mine
And I lost track of time
Under the fireworks.

The way you looked at me
Like I was the only thing you could see
While we listened to the fireworks.

Now all this time has passed
What we made was made to last
Because every time you touch me
I can still feel the fireworks.
12 am eastern time,
these sheets of mine have long soaked up your scent
the A/C vent recycles old summer dust
and Nautica Blue
and you.

Hidden sun
Holy murk
Prophet of the shade

Pray ye full
Yule filled hand
Play with dark and day

Promised light
Promised us
Awe asunder now
Awe we see
Awe we are
Awe
oh heaven glow

Works of dawn so drear and clear
To Wake of sea it's stone
The crashing wave
This crushing fear

The light of Dawn so shear

Walk of salt,
Calamity
Walk a path
Now free
Follow ever
Oh so close
To skirt the edge of glee.
