A little knowledge
is a wonderful thing:
the individual
of pride doesn't think-

eager to learn
open to teaching
bent on listening
never dissenting

never fear of asking
not inclined to arguing
humble in following
not voluble in speaking

fervent in studying
desirous of growing
patiently waiting
for the day of becoming

Poetry has a way of hiding
Itself in a dried up riverbed.
Inspiration of nothingness.
Words at tongue’s tip,
Can’t quite grasp…
And then all of a sudden,
Words flow like the mighty Amazon
During the wettest season,
Tumbling over each other
In their rush to be writ upon the page.
Feast or famine,
All or nothing.
If I knew then
What I know now
Would every new decision
Lead to the same place somehow?

Light peeping tunels of darkness
Flickers through timesapes and timeshares of our varied dreams
In ages we ebb to time and edge to death friendship stays to save.
