have i seen her since?
i haven't
although i see her everywhere i turn
everywhere i go
and in everything i do

yes i miss her and it hurts like hell
but i have to let my body feel this

I woke up,
covered in sweat,
completely naked,
in a  strange, yet familiar bed.
The room was brighter than I could withstand
and there was a dog asleep on my feet. Goose.
I roll over to find a tattooed arm flying toward me.
A smile creeps onto my face,
as I remember where I am
and I settle in right underneath that tattooed arm,
still covered in sweat, with a dog on my feet.
The room smells like ***
and it's still too bright.
But my creeping smiles never fades
even as I fall right back asleep.
Nestled
Comfortably
In his chest.

It’s like, when
She’s gone,
My world
Suddenly
turns dark,
empty.

There
Abruptly
Isn’t a
Reason to
Stay up
Any longer.

Now there’s
No reason to
Make my bed
Without her
To keep
Me warm-

No reason
To prepare
For sleep
For I am
Already
Sleeping-

For without
Her
There is
No reason
To stay
Awake.

If you're the moon,
I'm the sun,
hopelessly chasing night
but you're on the run.

Or maybe I'm the tide.
and as I taste your shore,
I'm ****** out to sea,
desperately longing for more.

I never dreamed of being
your tragic impossibility,
but for you and me,
love was never meant to be.

She loved staying up all night.

He loved getting up in the early morning.

She loved coffee shops.

He preferred tea.

She loved listening to music that made her want to dance.

He was a wallflower.

She loved old books and the stories they told.

He wasn't much of a reader.

She loved writing poetry.

He was her muse.

She loved rainy days and cuddling all day in bed.

He had better things to do.

She missed him when he was gone.

He hardly noticed when she was there.
