I guess death is not the lack of life; it's living for someone else's eyes
only to find out they weren't looking

who were prohibited to leave

But be cautious

that's the thing about endings
whether you see it coming or you don't
it doesn't matter

one day upon waking up you realize nothing's the same,

you have woken up either sore from relief  - like as if a splinter has finally been removed out of your finger - or sore from a wound you thought has been healed but got infected
