Situated between the stars
A room filled with stardust
Fingertips caressing stars
Hands gripping constellations
You’re a galaxy inside a vessel
Im still wishing I could learn everything about your universe
Saudade: feeling of longing for something that you love and which is lost.

basil
you don't hold me
as tight as
you used to

and i can feel
my pieces
starting to slip
apart
been a day...

Stay

Stay.
I want you with me always,
on every breath I count.
Your touch
never leaves, like the tattoos
on my skin.
Everything you are
lingers in my mind
in my very self.
Leaving your side
is losing a limb, a part of me,
the heart of me.
I know
I'm too cliche,
but all I want in this frigid world is to stay
with you.
imagine what it’s like to love a poet
imagine a world of sunny skies
mixed with the hurricanes of a troubled past
but the beauty of it all
is the story it’s inspired by
Pain & Growth
just another beautiful disaster
king pencasso
this symposium of somersaults
synaptic rafter vaulting

if only i could swap
mind & body levels

ascendant acrobat
with still insides
I am not surprised
anymore.

I expect people to be
who. they. are.

or, at least
have been, mostly

but, I will remember you
and how good that halo looked

upon your unfurrowed
however fleeting
with a mental drip
slick down my cerebellum
and sticky on the stem

I can’t remember
what this poem’s supposed to be

but it’s not important
and neither are we, just —

coagulate stardust frolicking
stitched in the mystery

(on repeat)
