Poetry can be written in the dark or it can be written in the light
Its written in the open
Its written behind a locked door
Its shown in movements
Its shown in sounds
Its funny
Its sad
Its inspiring
Its for children
Its for birds
And dogs
And cats
And people
But the one thing that poetry must be
Is that it must be
From your HEART
And more importantly it must form from passion

Inside your heart

Or else it will be swept up and shoved down
By all the hate
Apathy
Laziness
Contempt
That is more than plentiful in this world
Poetry must be passion
Or else its another recycled paper
Or another deleted file
Or failed grade
Passion and only passion from the heart
       Inspires
Entrances
             And grows

είσαι όμορφη
σαν μια ανοιξιάτικη μέρα
είσαι όμορφη
σαν τη θάλασσα
και υπόσχομαι
ότι δεν ψεύδομαι
τουλάχιστον όχι στα ελληνικά

Mirror mirror on the wall
I just want to be noticed, that's all
Mirror mirror if I change my hair
maybe someone will start to care?
Mirror mirror if I wear different cloths
maybe I fit in, someone will know?
Mirror mirror if I cut my wrist
will I feel like I exist
Mirror mirror don't you see
what you say is ruining me

Changed my mind new mind set
Only if you could forget the past
The future is happening pretty fast
Master your goals achieve your dream
In and out of your comfort zone grow for the best sometimes you feel at your worse
Stay positive beak the negative curse
You can't do it all take on what you can handle
Get out of the darkness see better in the light
Stop with struggle doubting yourself
Only you can get there don't look for it in others
If not today or the next the opportunity to make it happen will allow you to live it
