her last love found a new one
as she tried to have it all
became a career woman and
got married to the law
who needs romance
when you're buried in
casebooks and legal theories?

Autumn encroaches
and one year ago
you met a girl
she owned the hot glue gun
and I held the hammer
she may well be the one
and I’ve felt no love for anyone
since it was my cheek
that your lips touched
she fixed the heart I shattered
and I was left with
no pieces to hang on to
in memoriam

she can keep yours and
I will hold my own
Your words can be sold
But time shall tear apart
Every walls and
unhide your flaws.

Let your actions speak
Your greatness,
Your weakness.

Words to explain
are no longer needed.

High expectations turned
disappointment
shall diminish.

Surprise them what you can do
Surprise them who is the real
You.
HOT
Blistering hot the other day
Humid heavy air
I prayed to the heavens
For more pleasant weather
And I thank the Lord
For making it cooler
And more bearable
Praise the Lord
You answered my prayers
When blue collars you
you might as well
howl at the moon
no one is coming
the windows are shut
the doors are all bolted
your lifelines are cut
start ******* in air
'cause you're going nowhere
and there is where
you'll end up.
Last night
Her glance
Gave me
A many hints
Though the ear heard nothing
But the heart understood all
