Cultivate in nature’s nutrients
Reflect through his gentle suffering eyes

Contradiction comes with my desire
I ponder possibilities
Of ill fated fiction
Of fake feelings
My heart is tied too tight
Loosened to the steady beat of truth
Feels right
When you stroked my hair
When your past made me weep
When the depth of your kiss

Undulating thoughts have me paralysed
Are you in disguise
I’m hypnotised
Tribal dancers dance all over me
Numb me to the pains
This reality
Questions raining down
Drowning me
Closer to the end

Are these cracks dependency

Heavy minutes tense with pressure
Bright white blanket skies

Plump, mirrored drops started decent
Towards darker grey endings

Before beginnings begin
And new stories end

The mattress caresses curves
The clouds have cleared
Warmth and light flood bare skin through the window
